This is for all of you asthma sufferers out there. It's something that I learned along the way. It's quite amazing and I can attest to its success, as I struggled for 10 years...day and night...with asthma. I'm now 100% asthma-free. So here goes...
You know that little brown bottle of hydrogen peroxide that you have in your medicine cabinet? This is remarkable stuff. Hydrogen peroxide is an unstable form of oxygen. That $2.00 bottle will produce 20 liters of free oxygen. Farmers know this. Hydrogen peroxide is formed, not only in our bodies, but in the upper atmosphere. When it rains, the falling water collides with the hydrogen peroxide and releases free oxygen. Plant life and crops love this stuff. But, with the advent of pollution and acid rain, this free oxygen isn't reaching the Earth like it used to, so farmers have to supplement the water they feed with...you guessed it...hydrogen peroxide. Same thing happens when you take a high quality C vitamin, like calcium ascorbate; it collides with the hydrogen peroxide and releases oxygen that not only makes your system more alkaline, but hunts down and kills the bad guys. Pretty cool, eh?
Here's how to snuff out asthma...or at least put it to rest, if you can't avoid your triggers. If you can avoid your triggers...the asthma will go away. First, there are 2 kinds of hydrogen peroxide available to us. One is the 3% solution that you can buy anywhere. Second, is 'food grade' hydrogen peroxide, which is around 35%. Use only the 3% solution. Buy, empty and clean a nasal inhaler. Clean it really well, including the stem. Fill it halfway with water and halfway with the 3% hydrogen peroxide. DO NOT INHALE THROUGH THE NOSE. Do it down the throat, through your mouth. Exhale and do several sets of 3-5 puffs. It will produce a mild sting for a moment, but no big deal. This will flood your lungs with oxygen...big time. You will feel it within 30 seconds. An hour later you will feel it even more. Do this several times a day, until you just flat-out forget about it at all (AND your albuterol and steroid inhalers). Doing this will also destroy any of the bad guys down there and the excess oxygen that makes it into your bloodstream will cure a lot that ails you.
Another thing you can do is to remove pollutants from your body that fuel asthma. The best product that I have been able to find is available at any healthfood store and is called NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine). Good stuff. It will remove pollutants and heavy metals that are in suspension AND imbedded in soft tissues. Good luck. Let me know how this works for you...

PS: If you are skeptical about this, then google "asthma hydrogen peroxide", okay?

Peroxide is good. Also try the product OxyLift, but take it slowly if you are Asthmatic.
Check out Ed McCabe's book "Flood Your Body with Oxygen." Fantastic book.
Thanks for the reference...much appreciated.
I can't tell you how much I appreciate when someone shares useful info such as this. I recently found out I have Lymphoma and the reason it is too late for them to do anything about it is that The first warning signs of this disease are very similar to that of Asthma. I simply wanted to enforce the need for medical advice. I do know there is much more we can do for ourselves. You do not want to be treating something for a few years only to find out you have something else.
Oh, Sherrie...I am sorry to hear this. You can beat this, though. A good place to start is with a review that I wrote on Human pH levels. Read this and go out and start learning about the body's pH. Check out the links that I have provided. You have my e-mail if you want some direction with this, okay? Hang tough, kiddo...
Thank you. This is great. Can you share this on my Natural Cures blog? I started a blog for natural cures that work, (especially for asthma) as I believe all the Rescue Inhalers and Steroid inhalers cause far more problems than we see right now and would love for you to share this too to help others. Here is the blog:

Do you mind if I share this on my blog of Natural Cures for Asthma as I believe that rescue inhalers and steroid inhalers cause so much damage and the Doctor's somehow mask the truth about them! I too have managed to get off all meds except for an occasional rescue med (very seldom)and no steroid anything and no other medications! Thank you for sharing this.
Please do not use 3% hydrogen peroxide from the drug store. It has preservatives in it that make it only suitable for external use. You should buy 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide for internal use. It has to be diluted to 3% before use because 35% is harmful (it will make bleach spots on your skin if you get it on you). Garden of Eden on the web has fairly good prices.
My son was diagnosed with Asthma at age 2 and played hockey years without a serious problem unless he was also sick with a cold or other infection. Since began taking respitrol for asthma
I came across your peroxide inhalation methods on the Internet about four months ago while I was searching for help with some severe respiratory irritation and breathing problems. I have had chronic issues for many years, usually just a lot of mucous and chest/throat clearing going on almost incessantly which would tend to run in cycles in terms of severity ... kind of waxing and waning from week to week. It was always worse during the late fall/early winter months.
I had used H2O2 as a mouth rinse for years and had cured some gum issues with it. I had always noticed that I felt a little invigorated after these sessions so the inhalation method made sense to me.
I have been trying this now, with some success, although I admit I do not do it but a time or two a day and not always every day so maybe that explains why I still have some issues. I can feel the temporary invigoration from doing it but, to be honest, most of the effects do seem to be temporary.
Nothing I have tried seems to completely stop the irritation/mucous production that goes on with me almost daily to varying degrees. Perhaps I am just not concentrating it enough.
However, in spite of all the good claims I have read about using this method I guess I am a little worried about the few things I have read that say that inhaling H2O2 can be harmful to lung tissue and can damage it. I am wondering if you ever had these concerns and what you may know about this.
I also wonder why you chose the over the counter 3% version instead of the food grade. I worry about the tin and phosphate stabilizers I have read about.
I have used the H2O2 every other night or so for a few minutes in a nebulizer ... again, with varying success. Sometimes it does feel as if this nebulizer method may be causing some irritation even though supplying the oxygenated effect. (I use 1 part OTC 3% H2O2 to 4 parts distilled water in the nebulizer yet it still can be difficult to breathe the vapor directly - kind of stings and irritates)
I guess I am just wondering how you are doing currently (2012)and just looking for a little reassurance that if I try and increase my intake to get me over the hump that it will not do me more harm than good.
Thank you again for your inspiration and for any further advice you might offer relating to my questions and concerns above.
Oh, one other thing i forgot to add to my previous post ...
I have also tried the NAC supplements but have not noticed a whole lot of improvement so far (though it may take time). However, I am encouraged after just one week of trying Cordyceps! I thought you and others who view this page might be interested in knowing that Cordyceps really seems to work to enhance ease of breathing in a fairly short time!
